Our specialised exercise and lifestyle modification programs have been scientifically designed for people with type 2 diabetes, so you can manage your blood glucose levels and get them back under control BEFORE it’s too late. Our programs are also beneficial for those at risk of developing type 2 diabetes, so that you can avoid the onset of this disease and take charge of your health. Type 2 Diabetes is controllable, and can be managed with the right exercise and nutritional intake. It can also be prevented through appropriate exercise and lifestyle interventions. Prevention is always the BEST cure, BUT if you already have the disease you must act quickly to reverse the onset of complications and reduce the severity of complications caused by this terrible disease. The Proactive Diabetes Prevention Program has been designed by our team of Exercise Physiologists, specifically for people who are at risk of type 2 diabetes as a result of the following factors:
If you have one or more of these risk factors for type 2 diabetes, our Proactive Diabetes Prevention Program is designed to PREVENT you from developing type 2 diabetes.

2) Diabetes Prognosis Management Program
If you have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, you have a choice to make: let it control you, or get your lifestyle back. Exercise and lifestyle modification are the most important treatments to reverse this disease – scientific research conclusively supports this fact!
We understand that getting started is not easy, but failing to take action cannot be your option. You can’t bury your head in the sand in the belief that you can do nothing and it will go away. The risks to your long-term health are enormous, permanent, and potentially fatal if you don’t act immediately.
Our Diabetes Prognosis Management Program makes it easy for you to begin undertaking appropriate exercise and lifestyle modifications, in order to reduce the severity of this disease. Our Exercise Physiologists are specialists who will tailor an exercise program that is right for you, in a friendly and supportive environment. We understand that exercise is crucial to your long-term prognosis. That's why we work with you every step of the way, to ensure that you slow and potentially reverse the ill-effects of diabetes, for better health.
This 8-week exercise program has been designed for the management of type 2 diabetes. We supervise you in each session with a maximum of eight participants, so you can get your blood glucose levels back under control. The program is covered under Medicare when you have a referral from your GP. Alternatively, you may wish to participate in the program as a private client.
