The ‘how to train your mental monsters’ campaign specifically educates and raises awareness on depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD). The research literature shows compelling evidence that exercise is successful with these conditions in improving mood state, emotional wellbeing, and the psychological conditions underpinning these illnesses.
